  • Greet Everyone on your path today 

  • Serve the servers who serve YOU

  • Do and say ALL of the right things - take it on the chin but just for today :-) 
 
  • Find the opportunities

  • Make time for tea - any kind and anyhow, be creative :-p 

  • JUST listen(for a change 🙂)

  • Be personal - don't have someone else send your messages

  • Keep at least 1 car length away from the car in front of you - ya I know it's hard to do but well worth it

  • Completely entrust yourself to sleep

  • Less enclosed, more exposed

  • Safe word TODAY? WHEEEEE

  • Don't let them take you across the immutability line 

  • START eating ice cream for breakfast 🍨

  • If you want them to know you - show them a childhood picture

My brother in law brings great joy to my life, through our many conversations  much laughter, and positive energy that is generated between us when we are not even chatting online or in person. He s a light in my life and brings out the best in me, nurtures my spirit and creates an enthusiasm in my life for living. We are kindred spirits and so, we have created this blog. I want to write more, and we both do, and so here we are.  When I think about joy I think about sacred conversations and how sacred every conversation really is. Deep Into Virtue - The Way of the Heroine/Hero

Glenn: It's always a beautiful thing, to see individuals do good deeds. I often think about - each time I'm seeing it - what's in their minds, who they are, where they come from, what they've been through...what they are going through now! I know each is different so I look for, and try to find, the common thread(s) that link them. It's important to me - these virtuous...their virtues. Not a likely thing that I'll be interviewing them ha. But, if I turn inward, to what prompts ME, to do good things, (that I "sometimes" try to do ha), then I'm sure I'll find some reasonable answers.  We all know about "Heroines/Heroes". They're the ones who jump into the lake to save a drowning person, or rescue someone from a cliff, or emerge from the flames with a survivor.
